Outputs is the single place to generate stakeholder-ready reports and export data. Use it to communicate your strategy, justify investment and drive decisions. You'll find three headline reports plus a searchable table of operational exports under Outputs → Executive Reports in the app.
Rapid Insights¶
Rapid Insights is a summary of the key findings from your infrastructure & data assessment. It covers the Infrastructure summary, Application overview, Risk and complexity and initial modernization opportunities. It's available immediately: no mapping or planning required. Press Generate to present "here's what we found and here are the scenarios."
Migration Planning Outcome¶
Migration Planning Outcome is a comprehensive view of the digital estate spanning infrastructure, data and modernization. It brings together your Migration Strategy, Treatment Plan, Wave Planning and TCO Analysis into the customer's actual plan: a "plan on a page" covering servers, strategy, cost impact, what's modernised, 6R distribution, technologies replaced and top apps by cost impact.
This report is locked until 6R Treatments and Wave Planning are complete. Until then the screen shows you exactly what's outstanding. Finish those steps in Migration Planning to unlock it.
TCO & Business Case Report¶
The TCO & Business Case Report delivers the financial story: cost modelling, ROI analysis and business justification, covering Cost scenarios, Future vs Current, Savings analysis and a Ledger breakdown. Use Open TCO Analysis or Explore Scenarios to dive into the numbers, or jump straight into TCO Analysis.
Operational Exports¶
Beyond the headline reports, Operational Exports is a searchable table of detailed data exports for operational use, integration and further analysis. Each row offers actions to Download, Regenerate or Copy link. Counts and dates below are illustrative.
